Paired with a rich chocolate mousse or a sumptuous cheesecake, this wine adds the final touch to a spectacular meal. Available in 375mm Bottles         Gilstrap Brothers Online Store Our Price: $ 15.00        List Price: $ 18.00       Wine of the month pricing available at the winery, by phone or online - Free Shipping Available on orders over $50.00 COUPON CODE: WTM-DEC Chocolate Chip Nut Pie   (1) 9-inch unbaked pastry crust 1/2 cup softened butter or margarine 2 eggs, beaten 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup general purpose flour 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup chopped pecans Whipped Cream Heat oven to  350 degrees. Prepare the pastry crust, place in pie plate, flute the edge and set aside. In a small bowl, cream butter; add eggs and vanilla. Combine sugar and flour and add to creamed butter and egg mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans; pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 45 - 50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired. Serves 8 to 10. We recommend that this dessert be served with a glass of Gilstrap Brothers 45 Passion.     Enjoy!   Just a note... With this year's harvest behind us now and a blanket of snow on the ground, we're ready for a busy holiday season in the winery. We had a great turn out for our big Holiday Sale and hope to carry that excitement through to Christmas and well into the New Year. We are happy to report that our new 45 Paradise was awarded a Bronze Award at this year's Northwest Food and Wine Festival which was held in Portland, Oregon.  The Festival is host to an vast selection of northwest wineries and a great place to sample an incredible assortment of wines that are produced in the Pacific Northwest.  Stop by the winery the next time you are in the area and ask for a sample. We've been told that "Paradise" is a perfect name. We are starting to plan for the release of our next new wine, Gilstrap Brothers  45 Serenade. It looks like it will be ready in early spring 2011, and we are very excited about adding a new varietal...Sangiovese to our line up. Check back with us for updates on when 45 Serenade will be available for sale online and in the winery. We can't wait!! As a member of Gilstrap Brothers Wine Club, you will receive four specially selected bottles of Gilstrap Brothers Wine, shipped directly to your door three times a year. There is no cost to join the club. The charge to your credit card will typically run between $40.00 and $60.00, plus a shipping and handling fee per shipment.
Note: Additional taxes may be required for orders shipped to states outside of Oregon.

For Wine Club members located in Oregon, you may choose to pick up your wine at the winery. Please contact the winery for details.

Membership

Members must be 21 years of age with a valid credit card and authorize Gilstrap Brothers to automatically charge their credit card three times a year.

Billing

Billing takes place approximately the second week of each selected month. Wine will be available to be picked up after billing is complete

Shipping your Selection

Wines must be delivered to an address where an individual at least 21 years of age is available to sign for the package. Our shipping providers do not consider a PO Box an acceptable shipping address. Orders are shipped via UPS ground and UPS 3 day select to East Coast members. Ground orders take approximately one to five working days to arrive.

Pick up you Selection

Members will be notified via email when their wine selection will be available for pickup. If the wine is not picked up within 30 days of the email notification, the wine will automatically be shipped and billed to the credit card on file.

Cancellation

To cancel membership, a written or verbal request, via email, mail, or phone must be submitted 12 weeks prior to billing. There will be no refunds for cancellation requests after billing is complete.
